Clientèle App Profile Deregistration
We regret to see you go. If you are considering deregistering your Clientèle App profile, please be aware that you will no longer be able to utilise our convenient In-App Self-Service options or access your Clientèle Royalty benefits. Should you wish to continue, below are the steps to deregister your profile.
Steps to Deregister Your Clientèle App Profile:
1. Log in to the Clientèle App:
Enter your credentials to access your account.
2. Navigate to the Menu:
Select the Menu button (the three lines in the top left corner).
3. Locate ‘Profile’:
Scroll through the menu items to find ‘Profile’.
4. Select ‘Deregister Profile’:
Within the Profile section, choose the option to deregister your profile.
5. Initial Confirmation:
A pop-up screen will appear notifying you of your selection. Please click ‘Confirm’.
6. Final Confirmation:
A second pop-up screen will appear, requesting you to confirm your selection. Please click ‘Yes’.
7. Completion of Deregistration:
Your Clientèle App profile has now been successfully deregistered.
Please note that once your profile is deregistered, all your app data, self-service capabilities, and Clientèle Royalty benefits will no longer be accessible.
